Rules of correspondence sending by regular passenger flights of Airline Pskovavia from the Pskov airport Pskov to Domodedovo airport (Moscow) and from Domodedovo airport (Moscow) to Pskov airport.

The service is available for: private persons and organizations.

The service is available at: Pskov international airport and Domodedovo airport (Moscow).

Requirements to correspondence sending:

· an envelope or a package should contain documents or the information only in paper form;

· the weight of one item (sending) shouldn't exceed 3 kg, and the size shouldn't be more than 250*350mm;

· the gross weight of all items (sendings) on one flight mustn’t exceed 5kg;

· the following items are not accepted for sending: materials or their parts the transportation of which is forbidden by current rules of carriage or the legislation of the Russian Federation, foreign currency, bank notes of the Russian Federation, passports.

Service of correspondence sending and receiving is rendered at Pskov airport and Domodedovo airport. The correspondence is delivered to the addressee at the airport of destination by regular flights Pskov-Moscow (ЛП-1935) and Moscow-Pskov (ЛП-1936) operated by “Pskovavia” Air Company.

To use the service the sender should:

- prepare an envelope with the documentation (not to seal up),  should specify without fail (in bold and legible) contact information of the sender and addressee on an envelope;

- arrive to the airport;

- have passport or other ID

- while sending the correspondence from Domodedovo airport (Moscow) address to the representatives of “Pskovavia” Air Company (check-in counters # 130-132, the reference for Domodedovo airport scheme: http://www.domodedovo.ru/img/scheme09.jpg);

-while sending the correspondence from Pskov airport address to the worker of the transportation support services located at the terminal building;

- to check in the correspondence;

-the check in of correspondence at Pskov airport is available at 08:30-16:30 Moscow time (Monday-Friday except Saturday and Sunday)

-the check in of correspondence at Domodedovo Moscow airport is available to 18:00 (Monday-Friday except Saturday and Sunday);

- while correspondence check in the envelope is obligatorily weighted and examined by security service;

- the envelope is sealed and labeled;

The sender pays by cash for correspondence sending according to the following tariffs:

· Weight up to 1 kg 700 roubles (including VAT);

· for each subsequent kg 1000 roubles (including VAT);

- while sending the correspondence from Pskov airport the payment is made at airport cash desk;

- while sending the correspondence from Domodedovo airport (Moscow)the payment is made at operational cash desk of Sberbank of Russia on the basis of the receipt given after correspondence check(weighing and examination) (the nearest cash desk is on the same floor with the representation office of “Pskovavia” Air Company);

- the receipt of correspondence at Pskov airport is available at 08:30-18:30 Moscow time (Monday-Friday except Saturday and Sunday)by the person specified as the addressee and having passport or other ID (or the power of attorney for  the correspondence reception issued properly);

- the receipt of correspondence Domodedovo airport Moscow is available at 10:00-18:00 Moscow time by the person specified as the addressee and having passport or other ID (or the power of attorney for the correspondence reception issued properly).
